Batch 1974 Grand Reunion

Another successful class reunion!!

A fun time indeed was had by all Batch 74 (and guests) in attendance during
their 1st Grand Reunion held last Saturday, December 8th, 2007. The pictures
will prove it too! I have uploaded pictures to our NHSOC
Photogallery (at myphotoalbum.com) shared by Rollie "oslek" Esguerra, their Batch 74
Photo Poster (Thanks Oslek!).

Our Congratulations to the Organizing Committee and to all of you who have put
so much work into bringing success into this memorable gathering. For fear of
leaving out the names of those who greatly help in making this reunion a
success, I won’t be mentioning any names for now. Well at least, not until I’ve
received a detailed update from the reunion committee. So watch out for that,
there’s certainly more updates to come...
cheers, eh!

“Hello, Chona! Thank you for the website that
you created. Our Grand Reunion is indeed an unforgettable moment for all of us.
It is through the NHS on-line community that we got re-connected w/ each other.
I'm so happy and thankful to meet the old, familiar faces who in one way or
another became part of my life. Many of them were my childhood friends whom I
haven't seen for decades. Truly,God made you an instrument to bring joy to your
schoolmates. Have a Blessed Holiday season.”

Again, just a quick note to say thank you to all the organizers… for all that
you guys did to make this reunion so much fun! I know all the hard work it takes
to pull everything together and you all did a superb job! You managed quite well
in bringing people out who most likely would not have dared. You brought friends
together for a moment in time they will not forget. Members came to see friends
who once played a major part in their lives, most met people and spoke for the
first time, and discovered how interesting that person really was. I’m sure many
promised to keep in touch, meet for lunch, call each other, and I really wish
everyone all the best.

On behalf of NHS On-line Community members, we say Congratulations Batch ‘74.
Can’t wait to read more updates from all of you.
cheers, eh!

"Yes, it was a very successful reunion. Thanks for inviting us.

I would like to reiterate the context of my message which was not well-delivered because I became so emotional with my meeting with my inaanak , Teddy dela Cruz. In retrospect let me write again.

Occasion like this gives us the opportunity in building lifetime relationships that teach you lifetime lessons that you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person and put what you have learned to use it in all other lifetime relationships and other areas in life.

It is said that, "LOVE Is blind but FRIENDSHIP is clairvoyant." THANK YOU for being a part of my life, whether you were for a reason, a season or a life time."
